Car is at 123,775 miles. The spark plugs are OEM BMW Branded NGK BKR6EQUP. Replaced with the same brand from Autozone.
The rust is indeed from the water that entered through the vents in the hood when the cabin filter was left out during a big storm. Wiped the boots off with WD40 and plugged everything in.
This is only the first step to diagnosing the car's no start. Next up is the Fuel Pump. Probably going to get an M3 pump. Future tuning for a 5 bar fuel system. If the car doesn't start after replacing the pump then it will be going back to stock and chalking it up to a wiring issue. Though we haven't found any obvious faults in the wiring...I have a sneaking feeling that it's a relay difference or something dumb.
