Small update:
I installed an auxiliary kit to replace my DICE kit to be little more universal.
I also attempted to retrofit the Bluetooth TCU I got from eBay. Unfortunately the TCU is unresponsive to INPA so I opted to open it up and since I saw some crystals on the edge. To my dismay, I see this. I attacked it with some circuit board cleaner and the TCU still remains unresponsive. I messaged the eBay member I purchased it to see what he can do. If not I will dispute with PayPal/ eBay. :/

I contacted the seller and he responded with a full refund already. I provided pictures of the TCU and it was enough evidence for him to refund my money. I am shipping back the TCU to him and happy he was a great seller willing to take the responsibility that it wasnt working. I still have faith in Ebay
Now I am looking for the 455 Bluetooth TCU. Perhaps I'll just order it from getbmwparts for $338...
