Thanks guys. Slow and steady. I'm looking for RCR rears if anyone happens to see a set. She's still running a bit rough even after the weekend maintenance. I saw this thread that has me wondering about cleaning the VANOS, etc. contacts: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=856781

I love this euro tray. Though I must admit I use my cup holder to enjoy my morning coffee on my commute into work.

Any plans to help the area around the e-brake? Mine is starting to peel just like that. I haven't yet figured out a solution for repair.

Depending on the cup, you can close the slide and hold it in place a bit.

I'm thinking of trying plastidip on it and the other parts of the console and the black cube. I can always peel it...

Plastidip works great for the console. You sand down the surface and then just put on a few coats. Quick and easy

Technically there is no "repair" solution for it... I say this because:

I'm of the opinion of there being no substitute for replacement. Spraying it doesn't look good at all, IMO, and definitely doesn't feel good to the touch.
