I read on e46 fanatics that 64.5 was the size but googling the OEM size I find 68mm? Then I see 70mm? I'm having trouble here.

If only there was some website out there that had all of the OEM BMW part numbers with diagrams and I could just find the part I was looking for...

Oh well I guess I'll keep dreaming.

Anybody know what the center cap emblem size is on the 18" CSL reps? I see all kinds of sizes and I have one missing. I'm about to order a bunch more shit for my car...

Is missing one center cap. Has three others to measure. Asks for the size of the center cap. Finish that bottle of moscato, girl. You deserve it.

The best measurement I could get while using an inch-mm converter was somewhere in between 68mm and 70mm but closer to 70mm so I guess thats what I will go with.





These also seem to be domed so shows why one fell off and the others are hanging on by a thread. The ones that came on the wheels are flat. ECS research showed 2 different part numbers for 70mm. What a weird thing to have trouble finding information on.

68mm is what style 135s are... I think most are 68mm. But CSLs aren't like "most."

Yeah it's 68mm. The link above goes right to the realoem diagram of a style 163 CSL rim along with all of the part numbers.

Figured that was the answer to Mike's question.

Thanks for the help. I looked up that part number last night and could not find any size information. Just part descriptions and info. Maybe I just missed it. Measuring myself and trying to convert to mm wasn't going too hot either as mm is such a fine measurement.

The light comes on when there are 60 miles left to a tank, according to the "distance to go" readout on the OBC.

Did you typo the "50" as "60"?

Here I am today, 59 and no light.
