I did a few donuts last night leaving work. But it was a somewhat sketchy ride home. I'll be going out tomorrow afternoon. I'm gonna need the whole morning to dig the car out!!

Ok good, that makes me feel better! Haha, I hear ya - this snow is really wet and heavy here, so it is difficult to plow and shovel. ZHP is hiding in the garage, ti is covered in salt from Thursday's work commute but in the garage. Took mom's Wrangler out today for a romp in the snow, along with taking up residence on the tractor with a bucket and blade (but no cab) for a couple of hours. Brought home a new pickup from work Friday, so will probably use that tomorrow. One road (less than a mile from home) drifts closed, so zhp and to would be high-centered. May try to play in the old X5 though if time allows. We'll see. Looking forward to more Volvo donuts though!

Damn! That's a lot of work! Hope the x5 is fun for ya tomorrow. I'm just hoping the 951 doesn't get plowed into overnight. Lol!

part of me feels good that you guys are getting a taste of winter like other folks get, but on the other hand - the sheer amount of plows, and actual knowledge of winter driving for the general public is very limited - so it's extra treacherous. stay safe, guys!

it was sunny and about -5C here today. it's currently -19C.
