This must be a common design flaw with the nav system being under the vent. I notice that if I use the AC much my screen is apt to flicker here and there. I suspected it was condensation. How did you end up repairing it when it went out?

I wonder if putting some kind of layer (of something waterproof) on the top of the nav system will protect it from dripping water.

Hm, Does the nav system have vents on top of it for heat dissipation?

My Indy took it to their guy that does radios and such and he fixed it for $150. They also put something on top of the nav like you were saying to catch any future condensation. Although my right side speakers are still not working so I'm wondering if it is related to the AC condensation.

That's good to hear although I will be putting a claim in with my insurance and going after the towing company. And yes I love the new diff! I haven't kept it under 4k rpms since I picked her up last night. Feels like a whole new car.

If you seriously want to, try to get it to me sometime within the next month and a half. I start med school at the beginning of August, and I won't have as much time to deal with car stuff.

Also, you'd have to send me the DME if you want the oil warmup lights to work (unless between now and then I figure out how to implement the software mod over OBD rather than having to use a BDM flasher)

Any specifics to look for in an m3 cluster?

On the sticker, make sure it says it's "CODE:" 23H or 24H
