    agreed. i have the same ones. and yes, that flat rubber pad would also allow nice and safe placement under the frame rails too.... which would be awesome.

    I was coming into a corner and throttled the S54 hard. Engine screamed and burbled as I left off to shift weight forward to initiate drift and oversteered on demand. I counter steered at opposite lock immediately in a blaze of drift king glory. The curve ball or drift ball was the back hit a bump on the road and threw balance more than the drift was prepped for. As the rear came around more it forces the front wheel a little too close into the curb.






    That's the good story. But the real story is nothing as exciting. I just drove up onto a small curb when I was parking along side without thinking to correct by stopping immediately and reverse because I was tired. LOL. Not an honorable curbing. The PSS saved the wheel on the way up. But going the same direction down is what the PSS couldn't save.

    Moral of the "real" story: don't drive tired and always stop immediately and reverse if you accidentally climb a curb.
