Negative. However, I would tighten them every one in a while make sure they don't start coming out.

I use bimmerworld race bulletnose wheel studs and it had dri-loc on them. I removed them with the two-nut method and it worked out fine. I also had to remove a red loctite stud on a friend's car and I had no trouble with hand tools to remove them without heat.

Just increases the friction coefficient between the two materials. Natural vibrations won't loosen them. But they can be removed with hand or power tools.

You install the studs using red loctite, and they will definitely hold fast. If you ever need to remove one, you apply heat which loosens the loctite's holding ability and then it removes easily.

i <3 studs. Never have to worry about wheel spacers having the right length bolts. and lining up the wheel is so easy!
