When I press mode, it automatically cycles through, aux 1.04, core 1.52, car 1.0204, and ipod 1.21. Wtf is going on?

You have an aftermarket DICE kit..thats what. Leave it in core 1.52 and click 1 again and you should be in your playlists.

I just did that and it enabled the dice unit. I still can't seem to get to aux.

My DICE unit is in the front of the car, so an AUX cable is fine. There is wiring to the rear but I would think the unit that plugs into the iPod is in the front for most installations?
