That doesn't prevent the front from using the master switches in the middle..

Huh...only the rear windows then. That's what I thought...but obviously wasn't going to test it for fear that my tint would be ruined forever! LOL

So in the midst of installing my center console I lost a screw that held the rear storage compartment in place. No biggie I hunted it down today by chance. I poked around the seat belt latches and found it. Also found an intake snorkel pop rivet. And then I decided to pull the bench, as I'd not done that yet, and found this:

    Upon closer look:

Goldfish and dried up orange peels. There are stains on hidden parts of the cushion invisible unless you pull it.

I was appalled. So I got the vacuum and cleaned her up and removed all the insulation and sound deadening as it was torn to shreds.

Took a sick day. Feels like I'm breathing through a straw...

Planning on replacing the grid and removing the rear rattle. Going to use felt tape on every surface that gets screwed down. Going to order my pillar covers as well. Here we go spending moolah again.

Well I finally got around to fixing my headlights. Installed the passenger side EvoX-R projector and epoxied the e46R shrouds onto both sides. It was my first time using plastic weld of any kind. I made a fucking mess of it to, par for the course when I'm involved.

Didn't clearance the shutter solenoid well enough and got a wonky beam pattern, eventually diagnosed it properly and used the grinding tool on my Dremel kit to provide the necessary space for the solenoid. In other news, my high beam solenoid on the driver side is now inoperable after opening slowly and closing even slower. Obviously there is epoxy somewhere binding the unit. Can't wait to figure that out on Tuesday. It could be as simple as breaking the solenoid open with a screwdriver since it's all metal...but I could bend the shield. I'm such a putz sometimes.
