Not so much but Factory standards show 125C is true redline. Either way, I started using the heater on max during my last session and the temps went down to 104C. I think a flush is in order.

You know, I haven't thought about that. The cooling system was redone (the works) 4 years ago. When the water pump does grenade and need to be replace, I'll probably upgrade to a stewart for the better flow capabilities. Until then, I should stick to summer track days near SF where temps are max at 90F lol. At $170 for the part, thats not too bad. I might have to do this with upgraded silicon radiator hoses.

I wonder if you can install a higher power electric rad fan too.

Probably. At track speeds, I don't think the fan would make a difference. Also in 106F ambient air temps, I'm sure its not an ideal condition to be constantly pushing a car for 20minutes. I wasn't the only one with overheating problems.

Just get rid of the condenser, better airflow over the radiator

ROFL JP. Then ride home on the 5 would so killer without AC. Honestly though I think I may replace my radiator as well. I haven't replaced it and I don't know if the PO replaced it or not.

Track photos look rather poor this time. I'm not sure if it was the photographer or the heat was getting to him, but the shots in here are pretty boring.
