That plastic rail I mentioned previously is a common cause on the M3 threads I've been sifting through. Might want to check those. Also check the headrests, as I've learned today.

Fold the seats down and see if it's still an issue.

Yeah, I ended up breaking one doing that... that has scarred me mentally for life. I barely even want to rest my foot on it anymore.

Ugh... the creak was still there on the way to work. I removed my headrest and it stayed quiet for a little while, then it returned again.

My interior has so many creaks and rattles, I can't hear myself whispering to it. I need to shout.

S54 is pretty loud, too. Gonna need to change my tactics with car-whispering.

Just run gutted. The creaks/rock noises will no longer bother you if its coming from everywhere
