So, Wobz is back!
Final list of things done:
* Swapped driveshaft with the one Derek provided, as well as my existing Guibo and CSB
* Replaced shifter bushings and shift shaft seal
* M3 transmission mounts
* Install BMW Performance shifter
It looks like my crazy vibrations are no longer, all thanks to Derek. There is so much win going on here. Thanks again man!
Also, it seems my Wobz has been given its nametag on my key, courtesy of Autotechnic.

Way cool. Didn't know all this work was being done. Guess she's ready to do another 200k miles.

I don't know. I wouldn't have been able to find out without spending additional $$ to attempt a rebalancing. If that didn't work, that would have been one expensive diagnosis. As I told Derek, "for the price of this replacement driveshaft, I don't really care what was wrong with the old one".![]()
Gotcha. Maybe you can sell it to a machine shop to rehab and resell.

I thought about that, but I know myself. Realistically I'm not going to put the effort in. Even if I convince myself that I will, it never ends up happening. I'd then have to go through shipping it... shipping things is at the very bottom of my list of things I enjoy doing. lol
Having to store it is an entirely different thing!
Might just ask the shop for it even if I don't do anything with it. What do I have to lose?
I am glad it all worked out for you! I am curious what is wrong with it though.. lol
