On my return trip for the holidays the rest of the Roundel on my hood blew off so, today when we were in Nashville I decided to stop and get a replacement. First time visit to this dealer and I was impressed. Got my part and a new BMW hat and when I finished up with the cashier, she told me to pull it in the service door and the would install it free of charge. Gota say, I was impressed.
For any of you guys trying to change out your own, all they did was, slide a long piece of nylon box banding under the old one and did a two fisted pull straight up. Total time less than 5 minutes and not a spot of damage..
